Shipping policy

This website is operated by KChonsa ltée ("we," or "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply solely to your access to, and use of, the Web site operated by KChonsa ltée and other Web sites, mobile sites, mobile applications and other online services which link to these Terms (the "Sites") and to any services we provide in connection therewith including the connecting of product and services and other business related activities (the "Services").

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow up to 4-10 business days to process your order. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way! 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by several days. If there will be a significant delay, we will notify you via email. We currently only ship in Canada.

CANADA - DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $65 CAD 

  • Orders under 65$:

Quebec, Ontario Standard shipping fee: 8$ CAD 

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island Standard shipping fee: 10$ CAD 

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick Standard shipping fee: 12$ CAD 

Newfoundland and Labrador Standard shipping fee: 15$ CAD 

LIMITATIONS OF SHIPPING CARRIER
We use a shipping service with discounted rates in order to still be able to offer low cost shipping and free shipping for orders over $65.

This shipping carrier has limitations when it comes to delivering to rural areas which forces us to go through a different and slighting more expensive carrier. If you submit an order and your area is not reachable by our main shipping carrier, we will contact you through email to offer different options in order to make sure your order can safely make it to you. You can also contact us at support@kchonsa.com before submitting an order if you want to make sure your area is reachable by our main shipping carrier. 

SHIPPING TIMES
Most orders usually arrive around 2-8 business days after fulfillment.
Please note that this timeframes is estimates based on delivery time after fulfillment, and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. In a lot of cases, we will not be able to accept returns due to the nature of our products.

Opened and used items are not available for refund or exchange.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@kchonsa.com with the order number, your contact information (your name, phone number, address), your reason for requesting the return and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

In order to claim any missing or damaged items, you must provide an unboxing video. The video must not be edited and must begin before the shipping box is opened.

UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Orders returned due to incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be refunded minus a $20 CAD return shipping fee.
